Nora and Rick Green opened Green Lantern Catering in San Ramon in May 2009. Rick Green has been in the culinary industry for over 10 years. He received his bachelor's degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Rick has worked throughout the United States and has held positions as Chef Cuisine, Sous Chef, Catering Chef, Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, and Chef/Owner. He is currently an Executive Chef in a Walnut Creek restaurant and is a Chef Advisor for Maple Leaf Farms.
